The School will include study of Design as a discipline at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The School will have courses in design of services, and social design and will engage in the study and documentation of traditional crafts. The focus will be on design for sustainability and for use by common people. The faculty will include practicing artists, craft persons and designers.
