Infrastructure
AUD functions from two
campuses. One campus is located at Dwarka and the other is
located at Kashmere Gate. The Dwarka Campus is located
temporarily in the Integrated Institute of
Technology, Sector 9, Dwarka, New Delhi 110 075. The Kashmere
Gate Campus is located at Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate. Both
campuses are within a ten-minute walk from the Metro Stations
nearest to them.
The School of Undergraduate
Studies, the School of Liberal Studies and the School of Human
Studies are located at the Kashmere Gate Campus. The class for
all the BA Honours Programmes will take place at Kashmere Gate
Campus. Hostel facilities for mena dn women are currently
available at the Dwarka Campus. AUD has a number of clubs and
societies that are integral to the campus life. AUD is also
committed to creating a gender sensitive campus. AUD hopes to
move into its permanent campus(es) in the next three to four
years.
The classrooms,
faculty rooms, and seminar rooms are air-conditioned and
equipped with the latest technology for teaching and learning.
AUD has a rich and rapidly expanding Library. It has a Reading
Room which can be used by students and faculty alike for quiet
study. AUD’s excellent computing resources include a fully
equipped Computer Laboratory, computers in the Reading Room and
the Library, all on a local wireless intranet.
 

Student Services
Through the Office of the Dean of Student Services, the
University aims at facilitating students’ teaching and learning
experiences to make them as smooth and comfortable as possible.
It has strict Anti-Ragging Regulations, and is in the process of
formulating its Policy on Prevention of Sexual Harassment. It
provides earn-while-you-learn schemes, fee waivers, and
scholarships for its students. Efforts are also being made to
set up a hostel with limited capacity.
